I Couldn't Go Backward. So I Designed Forward.
The moment I realized we are not just observing reality, we are creating it.

I drove across the country with two cats, a dog, and less than $10 in my wallet. Everything else was gone. A relationship, a career, all my belongings, and a version of my life that had become too painful to live.
In roadside hotels, while my restless animals made sleep impossible, I opened my journal. I began writing the life I would live, not the one my circumstances suggested was possible. One that was bold, courageous, and unapologetic. A vision so vivid it felt like memory rather than imagination.
A home in one of the most beautiful places in California. Work that filled me with the purpose I had been searching for. A love that would once again open my heart and exceed what even I could imagine.
Then I went deeper. I wrote who I would be in this version of my life. Not just new surroundings or a new story, but a new concept of myself entirely. I wrote it all. Then I closed the journal and acted as if it were true.
What followed was not the result of positive thinking. It was something more precise than that and more demanding. It required that I live from the version of myself I had written about before any evidence appeared that it was real. Before the circumstances changed and before anyone else could see what I knew.
That is the part nobody talks about. The faith required to inhabit a story that hasn’t materialized yet. The discipline of returning to your vision when everything visible contradicts it and all of your senses deny it.
I returned to it. Every day.
The life I wrote about unfolded. All of it. In the most beautiful ways that still stop me when I think about them.
I arrived on the other side of my drive across the country with a single fork and a few boxes. Within a short time I was living in a home in Laguna Beach overlooking the ocean, exactly as I had written it. I went from ten dollars to sacred and extraordinary abundance. From the certainty that I would never trust love again to a marriage with a man who didn’t just meet the qualities I had written, he exceeded every single one.
I discovered something in that time that became the core of my life’s work.
We are not passive observers of our lives. We are the authors.
The inner state we inhabit, the story we are living from on the inside, shapes what becomes possible on the outside. We can actively participate in designing our experiences.
I spent years deepening that understanding. I meditated, studied and experimented with the edges of what was possible when a human being learns to genuinely align their inner world with conscious intention. Then came the question that changed everything.

I was sitting in a hotel room in Bali, surrounded by rice fields, in the middle of what had become an extraordinary life, and I said out loud to no one in particular:
Wow. Can my life get any better?
Then a second question surfaced.
If I can do this alone, what could we do together?
I came home with a passion and mission activated.
I joined meditation circles, intention groups, and collective prayer gatherings. I studied consciousness research, quantum field theory, the science of coherence, and decades of data on what happens when human beings enter aligned states together. I sat with healers and witnessed things I couldn’t explain but couldn’t dismiss. I watched what happened when small groups of people directed their focused, coherent attention toward a single person, a single intention, a single vision. I saw the miraculous effects of uniting hearts and minds around a shared intention.
People healed, circumstances shifted and things that had seemed fixed began to transform.
I kept searching for the place where this could happen at scale.
It didn’t exist.
I also looked up from my research and saw what was happening in the world.
Millions of people waking up, meditating, gathering, searching for something real. Simultaneously, millions giving their attention daily to fear, division, chaos, and an uncertain future. Not because they wanted those things. But because there was nowhere else to direct their awareness, to begin to co-create the world we did want to live in.
Here is the truth I could not stop sitting with:
What we focus on collectively, we amplify collectively.
If millions of people are directing their consciousness, the most creative force a human being possesses, toward everything they don’t want to experience, what are we building together? What future are we collapsing into reality without even knowing we’re doing it?
I read research suggesting it would take as few as 5,000 genuinely aligned people to begin shifting the collective field. I remember exactly where I was when that number landed.
That’s it? I thought. I can find 5,000 people.
Then, with complete knowingness: I have to.
What began as a good idea urgently became the only logical response to everything I had learned and lived. If there was even the smallest possibility that unified, intentional consciousness could change what we are collectively creating, then everything I could invest in making that possible was worth it.
My children were growing up in the world we were all shaping together. I was not willing to watch that happen passively.
I built ALLTRUEistic.

The world’s first platform for collective meditation and intention. A place where individual transformation amplifies into something larger than any one person can create alone. Where a family can gather around a loved one’s healing. Where teachers can bring their communities into shared intention without losing their voice. Where millions of people, across every belief system, every background, every border, can consciously direct their attention toward an evolved future for all of humanity.
It was the most difficult thing I have ever built. The obstacles were real and significant. There were moments the path forward was completely invisible. There were dark days when I wondered if anyone would get it or want to be part of it. I kept going because one question remained that was not fully answered:
What becomes possible when enough of us do this together, consciously, intentionally, unified?
This Substack is where I explore that question in public.
Here, I write about consciousness, coherence, and collective intention. About the science that explains why this works and the ancient wisdom that always knew it did. About the real stories, mine and others, that prove what becomes possible when our inner transformation has a collective impact.
But underneath all of it is the truth that drives everything:
We are already creating this together. The only variable is whether we’re doing it intentionally.
That question changes everything.
I’m glad you’re here for it.
